Superadmin access enhancedÂ
Launched: 24th January 2025
Superadmins can now see all jobs and candidates across the entire organisation.
Logout notification and single user accessÂ
Launched: 12th January 2025
To improve security users are automatically logged out after 15 minutes if ai.r is left alone. At 15 minutes, a box will pop up with a 1 minute count down in case you’re still there.
If an account is logged into whilst an existing account is open you will automatically be logged out of your old account.
Mandatory question explainerÂ
Launched: 28th January 2025
To help applicants navigate the mandatory questions, a red explainer has been added to tell candidates to complete all asterisk questions.
Subdepartments menu update
Launched: 24th January 2025
Simpler subdepartment selection in the subdepartment menu.
Improved approvals
Launched: 1st December 2024
Approvers can view but not edit the job details when reviewing.
Custom notes on assessments
Launched: 1st November 2024
Now add custom notes to your scorecard assessments, allowing you to track candidate performance in more detail.
Customisable interview questions
Launched: 16th October 2024
In the application page setup, users can now create custom interview questions. Select from:
- Multitple choice
- Long form text
- Short form text
- Tick box
For tick box, you have the option to add a red flag against the candidates card if they don’t tick the box.
Calendar filter on candidate page

Use the date filter on the candidate page to filter candidates based on their application date.
