Allow Hiring Managers to see PII data

What is PII data?

PII data is personally identifiable data. This includes names, email addresses, home address and phone numbers.

By default, ai.r hides PII data from Hiring Managers, this includes anonymising a candidates CV. If you would like your Hiring Managers to have access to a candidates PII data, go to ‘Settings’ and select and open the ‘Compliance’ menu.

Then click the ‘Give Hiring Manager access to PII on CVs’ option under the PII Access header.

Now Hiring Managers will be able to see the full CV for each candidate after the applied step or after the first step after Hiring Managers are able to see a candidate.
