Candidate tracking
Candidate tracking allows you to organise which candidates progress to the next stage of the hiring process.
Clicking on the ‘All stages’ arrow will suggest different filters which can be used to find candidates.

For example, clicking on the ‘Applied’ filter will show you all the candidates who have applied.

Once the user has selected a filter for the application stage, they can also use the ‘All jobs’ filter to see which candidates have applied to specific jobs.
For instance, you might select ‘First stage interview’ under the job of an ‘Analyst’.

Scrolling and then Clicking on other filters such as ‘Offer Sent’ shows you an example of a candidate who has made it almost the whole hiring process.

Across this blue bar you can see how far each candidate is progressing.

Next, clicking the arrow on the ‘All jobs’ bar at the top of the screen will drop down a selection of different job roles candidates have applied for.

From this step you are able to view the candidates application in further detail, such as accessing their CV by clicking the name on their profile.

Alternatively, users may choose to use the search bar to search for specific names, candidate emails, or required skills for a job.

Here, names and job skills were used to find a specific candidate.

If the candidate has not made it to the next stage, clicking the decline button will let them know they haven’t been selected.

Users then have the option to leave feedback for the candidate.

At this stage, there is a choice when declining the candidate.
Users can choose to decline the candidate and send them either an automated email, or customise their own email. However, if the user does not need to follow up with an email, they have the option to decline without one.

If the candidate is fitting for the job role, they can progress to the next stage when the green ‘move’ button is clicked.

Similarly to the decline option, users can make the decision to notify the chosen candidate with an email to let them know they have been moved onto the next stage.
Candidates can still be moved forwards without receiving an email.

Finally, you can track multiple candidates at one time and filter through the applicants you want to decline.
This can be done by clicking the box labelled ‘Group actions’.

Clicking ‘Select all’ will filter all candidates at once.

Alternatively, clicking anywhere on a candidate’s profile will select them.
Here you can see how many candidates you selected off the page.

Those selected candidates can then be moved forwards, or declined.
