Building your job board
ai.r hosts your job board and makes it easy to create a great candidate experience.
Go to Settings > Page Builder to:
- Add a branded cover image at the top of the page
- Add a description, images and links
- Add links to your website, privacy policy, cookies policy, linkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook and Instagram pages
- Change the button and upload colours to match you company
- Set your candidate consent wording
- Set you disclaimer wording
Uploading a cover image
We recommend using a high resolution image size 1920 x 200.
Either drag and drop the file into the green box or click browse to open your folder and select an image.
Title
Type in this box if you with to create a title for your pagee
Header
Within the header input box you can add:
- Text
- Images
- Links
Adjust the formatting of your text using the icons:
- Title type e.g. Normal
- Bold
- Italic
- Underline
- Quotations
- Numbered points
- Bullet points
- Colour
- Alignment
- Links
- Images
Footer
Anything added in the footer input box will appear below any published jobs.
The footer input box has all of the features of the header input box.
Consent
Create custom consent text to suit your requirements or click “Get default consent” to use a default consent.
The consent text appears at the bottom of the application page and must be accepted by every candidate before applying. Use this to ensure the candidate accepts your Privacy policy and any other requirements you need them to agree to in order to apply.
Disclaimer
The disclaimer can be used to make a DEI commitment among other things. It appears under the submit application button used by candidates to apply for a job.
You can choose to use the “Get default disclaimer” to quickly create a statement.
Social media links
To add social media links into the footer, add your link to each social media provider. If you don’t have an account, simply leave the input box blank and the icon won’t appear on your page.
Additional links
To add links to your Cookies policy, Privacy policy and your website, simply add the URLs and the links will appear on the job board.
Colour theme
To customise the colour theme of you job board and application pages, click the button, “Button colour”. This will open the colour palette.
Adjust the button font colour to compliment your colour scheme.
To select your colour, use the pipette or input the colour using:
- RGB
- HSL
- HEX
To toggle through the options, click the up and down arrow icon.
Saving
Remember to save as you go along.
Click “Publish” in the top right hand corner to open the menu containing:
- Save
- Publish
Click “Save” to save your work.
Preview
To preview the job board you’ve created, click “Preview“.
Publishing
You can publish your job board from the Preview page by clicking the “Publish page“.
Or, by clicking “Publish” on the Page Builder page and selecting “Activate“.
Your job board URL
Once you have published your job board, the URL will become live.
Use the URl that is provided and embed it into your website.
