How to reset your password
To reset your password, go to the login page and click ‘Forgot password?’
Enter your email address in the email address input box.
Next, click the ‘Send instructions’.
You will receive a link in your email asking you to reset your password. If it doesn’t appear please check your junk folder, if it still hasn’t arrived you can click ‘Resend confirmation link’. If this problem persists, please email [email protected]
Your email will appear in your inbox like this. Click to open the email.
In the email, click ‘Reset password’.
This will open a new webpage. Enter your new password. Ensure that you follow all of the password rules. As each rule is completed, the rule will turn green and the x will change to a tick.
When you’re ready and all of the rules are green, click ‘Update password’. You will then see a confirmation page.
Please login again with your new password.
